I have! And I got coupons in the last one! There are actually a few different Home Depot mailings/clubs you can sign up for.
Home Depot Garden club – they will send out mailings every so often that sometimes contain coupons.
Home Depot Pro Savings newsletter – You get notice of unadvertised and online only specials, and store promotions.
Home Improver Club – lots of Home Maintenance and project ideas.
