Menu Plan Monday (on Tuesday!)

Last week I took 2 packs of chicken out of the freezer to thaw and they never got cooked since we ended up spending 2 nights at the funeral home.  I baked one pack in the crockpot so we have lots of cooked chicken to use this week so it doesn’t go to waste! :)

 

Here is the plan this week: Fried chicken (leftover from funeral meal), mashed potatoes, corn, crescent rolls Quesadillas (using pre-cooked chicken) FREE pancakes at IHOP :) Baked chicken tenders Ritz chicken (using pre-cooked chicken) leftovers Veggie pizza
