Publix is having some great sales this week along with the coupon for $10 off $50 BP gift card!
I am loving the frozen veggies for $0.06 - $0.30 each and Sargento cheese for $0.50 each after coupon!
I did 3 transactions:
Sale price – $86.77
minus coupons - $53.60
I paid: $33.17 for 30 bags of veggies/pasta, 12 bags of cheese and other items! (They were out of the Honey Bunches of Oats cereal that was on sale for $0.83 so I got a rain check.)
I also got three $50 BP gas cards for $40 each - $150 worth of gas for $130! Love saving $30 on gas at these prices! :)
Southern Savers has all the details on the sales and coupons this week for Publix.
And here’s a tip for you! These pasta/veggie meals are included in the BOGO sale and on the coupon. They end up costing $0.30 each after coupons. When my husband and I both have late evenings home from work, we heat up 2 of these and each eat one for dinner! $0.60 + 6 minutes later = a simple, yummy dinner! It helps us avoid takeout or unhealthy snacks, saving us money and our health!
Then I headed to Food Lion.
I was super excited about the Hefty ziploc bags that were on sale for $1.00. Using the $1.00/2 coupon from the 2/20 RP, I got them for $0.50/a box!
I price matched $0.99 eggs from the Kroger ad and then used my $0.55/1 eggs coupon (printed from Smartsource.com but not available anymore) which Food Loin DOUBLES!! So I got my eggs for FREE + overage!
I also picked up chicken on sale for $0.99/lb., tilapia for $2.99/lb., and ice cream BOGO for $2.39.
Total sale price: 28.97
minus coupons - $9.20
I paid $19.77
-----------------------
Total spent this week: $52.94 (Over my $40 weekly budget, but I only spent $10 last week so I had extra to spend this week. I was glad to stock up on cheese, veggies, and ziploc bags!)
Total saved this week $62.80!!
How did you do this week?
