These were not free at our Wags. They had a sign up which said normally $1.79 but after using our store coupon final cost is 79 cents. I thought it was unusual for them to have an item free from using just their coupon and not combined with a manufacture cpn or register reward but I was going anyway so decided to check it out. Have you tried this deal yourself yet, could it just be regional?
